Dr. Rodzevski provides a thorough initial psychiatric evaluation, which might take one to three sessions, in which a comprehensive assessment of the patient's difficulties, a thorough review of the medical and psychiatric history, a diagnostic impression, and treatment plan recommendations will be made. In this process, it will be determined if psychotherapy alone, medication, or a combination of both will be needed for optimal treatment results. Medication is sometimes needed, but not always necessary.
Dr. Rodzevski is also available to patients seeking a second opinion or for consultation and medication management as an adjunct to ongoing psychotherapy treatment with another provider.
Dr. Rodzevski accepts most insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. He will provide you with a statement for the received clinical services, which you can submit to your insurance carrier, and depending on your insurance plan, you may be reimbursed for a significant portion of the fee. Dr. Rodzevski will guide you through these steps and provide you with supporting documentation, if you need, to facilitate the process of reimbursement.
The office is located in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood within the Upper East Side of Manhattan, just off of Museum Mile, and is easily accessible by public transportation.
